Kristofer Erlandsson MPol SC

I have more than 40 years of experience as analyst, expert, advisor strategy consultant and managing director. My expertise is in international trade and industry policies, structural change in industry due to globalization and European integration where I have worked as lobbyist and expert on international and EU decision making-processes and European structural funds programs and projects and as management trainer and expert on the management challenges in collaborative processes e g the EU decision making process or cluster development. Extensive experience of the conditions in these respects in Scandinavia and CEE. I have been advisor to the Polish and Latvian government in industrial and regional development matters and possess an extensive business and public network in Poland the Baltic States and Scandinavia. Besides my professional career I have been governor for Rotary District 2350 (Stockholm-Uppsala Metropolitan Area) and is at the moment chairman of the Autism and Asperger Association in Stockholm County.

Alina Landowska PhD

As an international business facilitator, I enjoy exploiting my interdisciplinary education, especially anthropology and management, and predisposition to combine research and business. I am working with intercultural teams to function effectively and make high-quality decisions through co-operative processes. I advise to executives in strategic management and negotiation processes. As a researcher, academic teacher and trainer I am focused mainly on international cooperation, negotiations, and cultural capability.

For many years, I have been working on managerial positions in a public sector in Poland at regional and national level. Thanks to my creative approach, an innovative instruments for stimulation of international investments and SMEs development have been implemented in Poland. I have been working with international businesses and organizations, governments, and NGOs from all over Europe, as well as from the Middle East. I am also a co-founder of the Institute for Development, which is a think tank that conducts its research on socio-economic issues and challenges of regions. I used to represent the Employers of Poland in the BIAC at OECD.

Per Englund  MSc Industrial Engineering & Management

With more than 30 years of experience from managerial positions and management consulting my background is from a broad range of companies, from startups to mature global companies such as Ericsson and Hewlett-Packard. I have been working and managing international teams and have given classes in Intercultural Leadership at Linköping University. I am an experience leader and has had several managerial positions i.e. Managing Director, Supply Chain Director and Program Manager. In my consulting carrier I has worked mainly as project manager in complex international projects and as trusted advisor helping customers in the Transportation and Manufacturing Industries to improve their value chain. Beside my professional career I have many interest i a historical railways and service work in Rotary, in particular leadership training.
